  • Assist in preparation of sales agreement and clauses - PROTECT YOU.
  • Advise on options to house in terms of value and marketability FIND BEST VALUE / RESALE.
  • Coordinate financing details SAVE YOU TIME.
  • Coordinate timing of Certificate of Occupancy (C.O.) and occupancy date MINIMIZE STRESS.

  • Tell builder employee you are represented by PAUL DITMAR, this takes the pressure off you!

  • Do not sign anything -- even a "harmless" visitor registration book, customer survey, etc.
